Refund Policy

The following is the refund policy for all programs run or delivered by the Colorado Force; including camps, clinics, leagues, and tournaments which are referred to as “events” below.

For cancellations made after the deadline for the event, or once the event has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy. Where some event hours are lost to the weather, those hours may be made up on subsequent days, on makeup event days or by lengthening the event day. If necessary, the event may run into the weekend immediately following the event in order to complete the scheduled hours. Where more than 2/3 of an event is lost to the weather and it is not possible to make up those hours, credit for 1/2 of the event fee will be given against future programs. In the event that the participant(s) is/are unable to attend the rescheduled hours, refunds will not be issued, but at the discretion of the Colorado Force credit will be given against future programs or events.
