Amy Snider co-founded of the Force in 1996. Snider plays a lead role in the management of the business and non-profit outreach. A graduate of Cornell University, Snider was recently awarded "Outstanding Women in Business" by the Denver Business Journal. A former collegiate athlete and co-captain of the W-League Championship team in 1998, Snider now focuses on raising two children Jackson and Summer with her husband Matt.

Cayla Deacon has been leading the Force on and off the field since 2002. A graduate of St. Gregory’s University, Deacon has co-captained the Force squad and received the Marketing of the Year award for her work in promoting the Force in Colorado. Deacon is mom of two, Dominic and Ashton, with her husband Craig.
Annette Dyke New Business Development
Ann
ette Dyke also began her tenure with the team on the field. Dyke attended Colorado State University on a baskeball scholarship, and later grew into a significant role player with the Force. While still a member of the team, Dyke began her role in "New Business Development" adding sponsorship and programming to the Force organization. A mom of two, Camryn and Cory, she resides with her husband Pete in Denver.

aig Deacon has served as Head Coach since 2005. He has twice been chosen to coach the Western Conference All-Start team at the Women’s Professional Soccer combines in Florida. Deacon is a former college player and played professionallly where he grew up in London. Deacon created the Core Soccer Academy for player development and is on staff as club coach at the Colorado Rapids. A father of two, Dominic and Ashton, Deacon lives in Fort Collins with wife Cayla.

Chris Sharpe has served as keeper coach since 2005. Sharpe is currently on the roster for the Colorado Rapids and MLS Goalkeepers, as well as a staff coach for the Rapids Academy. A native Australian and international professional, Sharpe resides in Denver.

Mark Clitnovici has served on staff since 2009. Mark worked with CoreSoccerAcademy since 2008 and had success as the head coach with Colorado StateUniversity Womens Soccer finishing the season at the National Tournament and holding a record of 14-4-0. Mark has coached previously as an assistant for both the mens and womens programs at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota and also was the North Dakota state director of youth coaching in 2007.
Lucky Mascot
Lucky has been the Force mascot since 2006. He is by far the most recognizable member of the Force staff, whenever in public there is always a crowd. Lucky is single and lives in a quaint dog house in Fort Collins.

Josh Hill begins his tenure with the Force and the Super 20 program. Hill played college soccer at St. Gregory’s University. Hill is a school teacher at Coyote Ridge Elementary school and resides in Fort Collins.

Pat Farrington has served as team photographer nearly since the team’s inception. Farrington is a professional photographer and works freelance as well as out of JAX Mercantile Photo Lab. Farrington is a world traveler and avid sports fan.
Mishelle Baun Media Relations
Mishelle Baun, Baun Communications, handles all the media realtions and Press for the Colorado Force. Baun and her husband have worked in media for more than three decades and have grown children who were heavily involved with sports- Kelsey and Aaron.
